“Believe you can and you’re halfway there.” Theodore Roosevelt
My Mission
My mission is to empower women 50+ fostering confidence in their future beyond traditional employment. I aim to inspire them to recognize their potential for greater achievements, wealth creation through serving others, and personal growth.
It is my mission to start a revolution for women over 50 to take responsibility for themselves, take control of their lives and become role models for the next generation.
My Values
I strive to go above and beyond for my clients no matter the challenge. I aim to deliver my very best work, to satisfy your needs, and to offer high-quality services. I provide a safe and supportive space where women can reflect on their lives and identify the barriers that prevent them from living their best life. When women rise they lift up everyone else around them and make a difference in the world.
My Vision
My goal is to turn my coaching business into a global movement of women who are ready to take responsibility for their lives and do the inner and outer work for change.
“Have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become. Everything else is secondary.” Steve Jobs
I got my first degree in mechanical engineering, where I learned to design a process backwards from the end product. First of all, we looked at the final piece, what do we want to create, why is it needed, what will be the final use of the product and how do we get it? I still use this knowledge in determining the V2MOM formula for my clients.
My second degree is in bank, finance and accounting. My experience comes from different industries such as construction, retail, and production. I also worked for two different Insolvency Trustees. Here I got a lot of experience in the organization/reorganization of different companies. I got an insight into what led to the insolvency of those companies and how this could have been avoided.
I was over 40 when I moved abroad and had to start all over again. I made the V2MOM formula and started working on it. In less than 5 years, I reached the last M of the formula, which is Measurement – How will I know I’m successful? – I was accepted as a member of the board of chartered accountants in my new country.
I started building my own business in 2017, while I was still working for a small public practice company. My trap was that I really enjoyed my job and couldn’t bring myself to quit. In the end, circumstances forced me to do it in 2021 and it was one of the best decisions I ever made.
Since 2020, I have been serving women who have lost their jobs or are stuck in their business to overcome their obstacles, find their true calling and achieve their aspirations. As part of my mission, I help parents of children with special needs earn money while staying at home with their children.
